For over 16 years, HomeFront has worked hard helping Mercer County’s neediest citizens by providing food, clothing and emergency shelter. As we became more sophisticated, we provide the needy with more comprehensive support services to ensure that as families reach self-sufficiency and remain self-sufficient. These very important services require a caring staff who are dedicated to easing the pain of homelessness and helping the homeless become productive and contributing members of the community.
We offer various benefits to full-time employees including medical, dental, 401K, educational reimbursements, 15 days off including 9 paid holidays. We also offer flexible work schedules and opportunities for advancement.
HomeFront’s mission is to end homelessness in Central New Jersey by harnessing the caring, resources and expertise of the community. We lessen the immediate pain of homelessness and help families become self-sufficient. We work to give our clients the skills and opportunities to ensure adequate incomes, and we work to increase the availability of adequate, affordable housing. We help homeless families advocate for themselves individually and collectively.
