They are dynamic, professional with boundless ideas and energy. This describes the HomeFront Young Professionals Alliance Committee (YPAC),
a rapidly growing, self-managed organization of area men and women about 35 years old and under who are working to support HomeFront’s mission.
The group meets regularly and focuses on group volunteer and fundraising opportunities to benefit Homefront.
The meetings may also feature networking and socializing opportunities, and speakers from area businesses and universities.

Holiday Tree Fundraiser
YPAC is partnering with Shady Brook Farms again! Shady Brook is offering the best price for a Holiday Tree plus a family photo sheet as well as 10% back to fundraiser group. For example, if you want a $45 tree, you get $5 off and HomeFront gets 10% of the $40. You as the customer also gets 4 FREE wallet size photos ($15.99 retail value) for purchasing a Holiday Tree.
Here is what you do: Print or email this flyer to share with friends and family. If you bring this sheet of paper to Shady Brook, the cashier rings up under the YPAC customer account. Discovery Toys Open House/HomeFront Fundraiser
Learn about and play with some great educational toys, and find out more about Discovery Toys <http://www.discoverytoyslink.com/DRUTOYS> . Of any purchases that are made or if anyone decides to host a "playshop" after the Open House, 10% of those proceeds will be donated directly to HomeFront.

Recent YPAC Initiatives
On September 29th, HomeFront YPAC volunteers collected bags of clothing, bedding, baby swings and other children's items donated by consignors through Kidzsignments in Flemington, NJ. Items went to the HomeFront "free store" which helps families and children in need.
On Saturday October 10th, volunteers collected additional bags of clothing as well as costumes, a baby bath tub, strollers and other items from Your Child and Mine <http://www.yourchildandmine.com/> Consignment.
Also in October, the HORRORFEST fundaiser with Shady Brook Farm was able to generate some money for HomeFront. We were one of 22 organizations that was able to collect a percentage from this fundraiser so thanks for your support! Hopefully the Holiday Tree Fundraiser will be even more successful!

We need your help! These events can be fun and raise much-needed funds for HomeFront during this very tough recession. With your support, our initiatives can make a strong impact by assisting the Homefront cause and growing membership and awareness. We are really hoping everyone will be able to participate and offer some assistance.
