thrived in our Joy, Hopes & Dreams programming, participating in year-round educational and enrichment activities that foster lasting memories and growth.

received critical support to remain in their homes or secure new housing to avoid the pain of homelessness.
1699 visits per month
were made to our food pantries, on average. Families received free groceries, fresh produce, dairy, and meats, ensuring no family went hungry. 18,720 meals were provided to families and individuals experiencing homelessness who are staying in local motels.
150 Families
representing 413 individuals, more than two thirds of them children — were sheltered with dignity, at our Family Campus and in our FreshStart housing program.
83 % of permanent housing families
sustained or increased their income, demonstrating progress toward financial independence.
226 adults gained the skills and resources needed for academic success or meaningful employment through our Hire Expectations program.
1327954 Diapers
were distributed through our Diaper Resource Center free of charge, ensuring babies are clean and dry.
155 Families
comprising 406 individuals, found stability in HomeFront's permanent, affordable, and service-enriched housing, creating a foundation for long-term success.
