Help For My Children

“I need help for my children.”

HomeFront is committed to helping children reach their full potential to succeed socially and academically. We have a wide range of free children’s programs, including transportation, meals and essentials.  We even have programming uniquely designed for children who have faced trauma as we try to add a little bit of magic in their lives.

After School & Weekend Programs

Children in elementary school through high school in our Joy, Hopes and Dreams Program participate in regular tutoring, art, music and coding classes, recreational sports and year-round field trips. This is truly a program filled with magic whether in person or virtual. It is geared for families who currently are, or previously were, involved in HomeFront’s housing programs. We have a highly experienced, caring staff who create joy, hopes and dreams for every child who participates.

Day Care & PreSchool

Located at HomeFront’s Family Campus in Ewing at 101 Celia Way, our Atkinson Child Development Center provides high quality developmental care for children age 0-5 years old (pre-kindergarten years).  We are open five days a week, from 7 a.m. till 6 p.m. This program is primarily for children whose parents are already enrolled in HomeFront’s housing or Hire Expectations programs.  On occasion, there might be an opening for other children.
