Holiday Closure

HomeFront’s 1880 Princeton Avenue office and donation center will be closed for Thanksgiving weekend – Thursday, November 23rd through Sunday, November 26th. The office will reopen on Monday, November 27th. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

1880 Closure

HomeFront’s 1880 Princeton Avenue Office will be closed on Monday, October 9th for a full staff meeting.

There will be no pantry hours or donation center hours on this day. The donation center will still be open at its regular hours on Saturday, October 7th from 9 am to 12 pm,, noon. We kindly ask that no donations are left outside of our donation center, as it can attract animals and other critters. We will reopen on Tuesday, October 10th at 9 am.

Emergency Closure

On Friday, August 25th, HomeFront’s main headquarters at 1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville will be closed due to a power outage. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We kindly ask that no donations are left outside of our donation center due to the inclement weather. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Labor Day Closure

HomeFront’s 1880 Princeton Avenue location, Donation Center, and Choice Food Pantry will be closed on Monday, September 4th, in observance of Labor Day.

We will remain open on Saturday, September 2nd for our standard 9 am to 12 pm Donation Center hours. We kindly ask that donations are not left outside of our main headquarters during this closure, as these items can attract animals and any inclement weather may damage your donated goods. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

July 4th Closure

HomeFront’s main headquarters at 1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th, in recognition of Independence Day. Our Choice Food Pantry and Donation Center will also be closed on these days. Juneteenth Closure

HomeFront’s Main Headquarters, Donation Center, and Choice Food Pantry at 1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville, as well as our FreeStore at 1000 Division Street in Trenton will be closed on Monday, June 19th in recognition of Juneteenth. Juneteenth is a day to reflect on the legacy of slavery and racial discrimination in the United States and recognize the ongoing fight for equality and human rights.

We kindly ask that no donations are left outside our donation center during the closure due to potential inclement weather. We will be open again on Tuesday, June 20th at 9 am. We appreciate your patience at this time.

Memorial Day Closure

HomeFront’s main headquarters at 1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville will be closed on Saturday, May 27th through Monday, May 29th, in recognition of Memorial Day. Our Choice Food Pantry and Donation Center will also be closed on these days. We kindly ask that no donations are left outside our donation center during the closure due to potential inclement weather and increased animal activity due to local fires. We will be open again on Tuesday, May 30th at 9 am. We appreciate your patience at this time.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

To honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s legacy, the 1880 Princeton Avenue office and donation center will be closed on Monday. January 16th. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 17th at 9:00 am. Please do not leave donations outside of our donation center, due to the wet conditions and overnight freezing temperatures. We thank you for your understanding.
